Language and dealer interaction

Dealers speak English and Bahasa Malaysia. The on-screen interface can be toggled between English and Bahasa. Text buttons like "Bet" and "Clear" appear in your chosen language. A chat box lets you send messages to the dealer. The dealer reads these aloud at some tables. Chat is visible to all players at that table. Basic etiquette applies: no personal details or spam.

The mobile site adapts to screen widths as narrow as 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling.

What live dealer games are

Live dealer tables stream real-time video from a dedicated studio. A human croupier deals cards or spins the wheel. Players place bets through a digital interface, seeing the action as it happens. Unlike standard digital table games, these use physical equipment. The platform offers roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and sic bo. Each table shows the current shoe or wheel number. No random number generator is used for the outcome.

Sportsbook parlays are limited to a maximum of 12 selections in a single bet slip.

How to join a table

Open the live casino lobby on the site. A list shows active tables with dealer names, bet limits, and player counts. Click any table to load the video feed and the betting grid. A minimum ringgit balance is required in your account. Deposits via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, or bank transfer credit instantly. The lobby updates seat availability every few seconds.

The site stores the last three deposit methods used for quick repeat transactions.

Stream quality and reliability

The video feed is delivered via multiple camera angles. A wide shot shows the full table. A close-up captures the cards or wheel. Streams use adaptive bitrate to match your connection speed. If the feed drops, the platform pauses betting until the stream resumes. The croupier waits for reconnection. A text log displays the last few rounds for context. No bets are lost during a brief outage.

A daily turnover of at least 1 ringgit on slots is required to qualify for the weekly cashback.

Deposit methods for live play

Fund your account using Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, or bank transfer via FPX. DuitNow is also accepted. Deposits usually appear within a few minutes. The minimum deposit is low enough for casual play. E-wallet deposits have no extra fees from the platform. Bank transfers via FPX use standard interbank charges. Withdrawals use the same method you deposited with, where possible. Processing times vary by method.

Live roulette tables offer both European and American wheel variants with different house edges.

Mobile and desktop access

The live dealer lobby works in a standard mobile browser. No app download is required. The layout adjusts to portrait and landscape orientations. Betting buttons are sized for finger taps. Desktop browsers show a larger video window and a full betting grid. Both versions use the same server and table availability. You can switch devices mid-session by logging into your account on the new device.

Players can freeze their account for a minimum of 24 hours from the account settings menu.

Bet limits and ringgit use

Each table displays its minimum and maximum bet in ringgit before you sit down. Low-limit tables start from a modest amount. High-limit tables accommodate larger wagers. All bets are placed and paid in ringgit. The interface shows your balance in MYR. Winnings are credited to your account immediately after the round ends. No currency conversion is needed.

The cashier applies a 3% fee on all withdrawals processed via DuitNow instant transfer.

Table rules and side bets

Each table shows its specific rule set before you place a bet. Baccarat tables state whether the dealer draws on a third card. Blackjack tables display the number of decks and dealer stand rules. Side bets are available on some tables. Options include pairs, perfect pairs, and suited bets. These have higher house edges. The payout odds are listed on the betting grid. You can toggle side bets on or off.

The site updates its slot game library every two weeks, adding between three and five new titles.
